Phase 3 Peanut Butter Cookies: A Healthy Version!
Mmmmm…..cookies! This is a fun treat for anyone who is on Phase 3 and beyond! Who says healthy can’t be yummy!??!
1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 teaspoon Stevia (powdered or liquid)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into equal size balls (1″-1.5″) and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Cool and then enjoy!
